Angel Wing or Just a Short Duck?

Hi! I have this one female duck that has some odd-placed feathers and I can't tell if it's because of her height or if its something else like angel wing.

She has always been the shortest and her wings are a little bit longer than her body so I thought her feathers were forced to grow a little odd looking. Her neck is also not long enough to rest her head behind her wings (She results in using other ducks as a pillow and its the cutest thing ever). But when she lays down the wing feather stick upwards.

Should I do something about this? Or is it just how shes built because of her height?

It looks like it may be Angel Wing, but given her age, there isn't much you can do about it since the feathers have already matured. If it seems to bother her, you can trim the primaries off.
