One more question? I'm sure I already know the answer but, Does that mean the crazy 4hr auction and the 48hr auction will be locked as well and we can't use those??

You wouldn't be able to get the feedback, and that may be something that potential buyers would consider before making a purchase.

Honestly, as long as it isn't abused, it should be okay. You loose out on using the new feedback section, and you can't always control if someone hits Buy It Now or not... but sure, give it a try.

Again, we're doing this stuff to help the community (buyers and sellers) in the long run, not to penalize anybody or slow down our amazing progress.
