Red drum, Black Drum , Sheepshead, and Speckled Trout. They turned out better than expected for being in the freezer a couple months

All I do is fry. Batter seasoning is just something I throw together because Marci has to be glutton free. I brought a jar of oysters because I did not realize we had enough fish.

Oysters I can do with out. Your fish sounds real good though.

I just can't stand any fishy smell, it makes my stomach cramp. My mom used to fry fresh water fish in butter and the smell was overwhelming...

I tried to give away some duck eggs on Facebook. I only have one hen so I advertised that I had “a few” eggs to give away.
Some lady responds “I’ll take a dozen”
She obviously didn’t read my post, and was ignored.
I have a friend who still jokes about it all the time, “Did Ruby lay an egg today? great, I’ll take a dozen.”

I will take 2 dozen!!!! lol

"Yes, how many would you like to buy?"

"I don't know if all eggs are fertile, i have two drakes for fifteen ducks… - Do you want to try and hatch ducklings?"

Here in southern Chile I tell people that some eggs are fertilized and that if they incubate I will press charges for theft of property! enserio- soon we ill have mobile hen houses with 100 or so hens only so this will not be a thing for us next year!
