Another sick hen..same symptoms

Every problem has a solution. If you are concerned with removing her from the other two, then set up a crate next to the crate with the sick hen so all three can be together while you are treating the sick one.

With good care, the sick hen will recover quicker than you realize, and all three can then go back outside.

Can you get her in a warm room? And I'm not joking, 80-85 degrees would be best.
Ok..I took your advice, and others, and have brought her inside. She's in my basement laundry room for now, and there is a space heater in there to warm it up a bit. It was about 60 in there.

I gave her some fresh water, and she did drink it, so that is something. I put some electrolytes in it..hope that is ok. She has been pooping a little, though it is very little, and more clear liquids.

I left the other two outside. I guess I'll deal with integration again if it comes to that.

Great! Do try to get it warmer.

That's okay, it might be good to offer her some plain water too.

Can you post some pictures of her poop?

Some chickens will happily eat the miconazole cream right off your finger. Try that first. The way I get miconazole into the chicken is to put the cream on my finger, open the chicken's beak and then scrape the cream off my finger just inside the beak. Easy as it sounds.
This worked. I gave her some this way tonight. She ate some scrambled egg, and drank a little water. She’s gone to bed for the night, and I’m keeping her warm. Will see how she is in the morning.
