In my opinion she looks like a mixed chicken. Definitely some legbar in her genes but otherwise she’s somewhat of a mutt.
If her shanks are yellow, she is
Likely a pure crested cream legbar. Her plumage looks correct + yellow shanks would likely mean she is pure.

Does she lay a blue egg?

She lays green eggs

I think she does have the cream legbar look and the light green eggs!
Ok - well I'd imagine that is what she is. A lot folks are going to scream that she can't be, because she doesn't lay a blue egg. However, they are going to be 100% wrong.

The standard of perfection (the rules that say how a chicken is to appear) for a cream legbar is in the attached link. But it clearly states CCL can lay a green egg and still meet breed standard. This is mainly because blue/green is a spectrum. The egg in your hand could really be called either blue or green.

Here is the snippet from the SOP, which is linked below 👇

Economic Qualities

Especially noted for the autosexing feature in offspring, and production of eggs. Color of skin, yellow; color of egg shell, blue or green

I’ve seen in any hatchery quality legbars.
Hatchery quality is going to be less breed specific, than show quality. Hatchery quality is like McDonalds where show quality is In and Out. Both have a "burger" but one is far superior than the other.

Edit: I'd also say that because OP's other birds appear to be purebred, it is likely they were all purchased at the same time as a group as standard breeds. . Nothing appears to be hatched as a BYM. It looks like a collective from a "Hatchery Choice" or "Egg Layer Special"
