I have an ancient GE and am not looking forward.....WHEN IT BREAKS DOWN. They are NOT building them to suit me. Aria

That applies to pretty much anything anymore. Quality and durability flew out the door a long time ago.

Bull Chick, THANKS for asking. Deborah had a body scan in Cooperstown and results she got today. FINE. Today, Tuesday
she had the bone marrow biopsy and Dr. gave here words that perhaps all will be FINE there too. Deborah will have results on
bone marrow next week Tuesday. How super you remembered.

I had to keep busy made Rolls

No Knead Rolls
13 oz warm water In a Large Bowl
1 1/4 teaspoon yeast
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups bread flour
In a large bowl add warm water, yeast salt stir..."shaggy dough"
Add flour STIR...spatula around bowl
Cover plastic wrap...in oven with light on 1 1/2 hours
Remove plastic...add little flour...stir
On board...little flour
Flatten dough divide into 9 pieces
Roll to shape you like.
Place on parchment lined baking sheet
Let rise 30 minutes
450 degree oven 20 minutes Cool on a rack. Aria
