Any Home Bakers Here?

Despite using a large bread pan, I had too much batter. :lol:
I added a cup of raisins, but had about two cups extra batter. I didn’t whip the batter, so I didn’t add a bunch of air. Perhaps the fact that I was using a strong starter, and knew that I should cut back the soda and powder....

The Bread Looks ...SUPER. I have 3 extra large Antique Baking Tins (gave my sister one) and they hold 2 pounds of my Sourdough
Bread. But your bread looks FINE to me. Aria
 
I got off work early today ( :yesss: ) so I'm trying out a new pumpkin bundt cake recipe. I'll let you all know how it turns out.

So the pumpkin cake is out of the oven and cooling so I can pour the glaze on it.

I may have had to trim a tiny sliver off the bottom. And I may have popped that sliver in my mouth. Oh yeah, this is a good one :D
