Starch isn't so bad. Remember when it was discovered some mfgs were using sawdust in their cheese? My personal favorite was a commercial saying "Now with Real Cheese!". Amazing! I wouldn't ever have thought to do something artistic by shaping bread other than round or long.I mentioned this about a week ago but finally found a picture. My favorite bake ever!
