Any Home Bakers Here?

All of my cakes, bread ( except sandwich bread) , cinnamon rolls or caramel rolls, pie crusts brownies are homemade. I have an amazing overnight dinner roll recipe!

Hi, welcome to the thread! Feel free to share any recipes you'd like (and if you have pictures, that's nice too).

I have a confession. I don’t like dark chocolate.
That is OK, we can ignore flaws in our friends.

Off topic, But I just found this. It goes in my coin collection now!
Other side?

Some people say a 300 degree oven is not a safe temp, so you can go up to 325 if you want. But it needs to be low and slow.
When reverse searing the temp is usually 250°. Cook until the internal temp is the what you want then broil to sear the outside. Perfectly safe as long as the interior temp is proper.

Gooseberry pie
Recipe? We have a gooseberry plant. So far the only thing we've done with them is make triple berry jam (black, rasp and goose). There is pectin in the gooseberries so you don't need to add any.

This is the pullman did not come with a lid 16 inches long
That is one loooooooooong loaf!

Good evening all. I made a couple loaves of banana bread today, added some dark chocolate chips to one.

Not baking related but I bought a couple of copper chef skillets when I got the new range (I'm afraid I'll scratch the top with cast iron). They're pretty awesome!

Have a great night!

I know that it's late, but here's a blueberry cheesecake that I made for Father's Day last week:
