I’m sorry, let me clarify. When I say “exploding“ I mean they are exploding with rising growth.

They are not exploding like an actual explosion. They’re just exploding with growth.

I’m not keeping them in the fridge, I’m keeping them on the counter. Feeding them once a day. I still have yet to find the right type of cover for them.
I knew you meant overflowing, Jared. May I ask why you have three jars? Are they all the same or different? Have you baked or made anything with them yet? I am really looking forward to your baking results! You always do well at anything you attempt, it seems!
 
MotherofOrpies, you have a surgery coming up soon, do you not? When is it?
Already got it 😉, got driven to a rehabilitation clinic yesterday, have to stay there for 3 weeks, one of 2 new hips, cannot say that I really enjoyed the process up to now.. before, all the people were telling me how easy it was, now everyone is telling me I had major surgery and that is why I’m in so much pain and my blood pressure is in the dumps ( which makes me feel even worse ) I really hope there will come a time when I’ll also be one of the persons telling you that I was so glad I did it … my 2. hip is almost as bad, not really looking forward to going through all this mess again 😥

Me too. You were very smart to put bowls underneath the jars.

I need to get back to making some GF bread. It takes 1/2 cup of sourdough starter. I haven't made any in months. But we are now in the slack time of eggs, and my recipe takes 3. I might have to -- gasp! -- buy a dozen eggs.
