Usually Twinings or Bigelow. Twinings English Breakfast is my favorite tea overall.

I drink mostly Twinings and have started trying some Bigelow.

Nice to talk with someone about tea.

You bet! I didn't follow it exactly though. I used it as more of a guide. I think it turned out to be pretty good.

I'm like you. I don't always follow recipes to the exact inch. Often times, My ingredient supply varies, and often I like to cut back on fats and sugars. Some times I will add some extra, not to leave a little bit behind.
I did bake a surprise today. Will post pictures after it all cools, and I try taste.
If it does not taste good,,, no posting, and no one will know.

New doctor, new hospital, new X-ray of my foot. The swelling was declared impressive for such an old injury. They actually took care of my foot, and told me everything. Then they put a needle in a place I have never had one ( ), and gave me my papers… Apparently I am pregnant. I am not Mary!

The exchange student from Mongolia made me a Mongolian dish called khuushuur. It tasted quite good.

Sadly, I could not get the recipe because she did no measuring whatsoever. She did everything by feel and by sight.

I like the English Breakfast tea as well.

I also have forty to fifty boxes of different of different teas mostly Twinings.

I love Lady Grey from Twinning, also Kusmi tea tropical white, and Sirocco Jasmin tea, I don’t have such a big selection, I now know what I like and only „stock“ my favorites
