Sounds yummy... been thinking today and yesterday about baking something still have not decidedI baked an Angel food cake and had strawberries and whipped cream for toppings on Mothers day.
I have not added bechamel to mashed potatoes. I have added sour cream though and it is very good in it.Has anybody added a bechamel to mashed potatoes? How did it come out?
Edit to add: I always use whole milk to make it creamy and thin it, and butter to add flavor, but never thought to try a bechamel.
