You can take it out of the freezer, remove it from the container and cut/saw it into manageable portions, repackage and put back into the freezer until wanted.
If you don't have a meat saw to cur it with, you can wash a hacksaw blade and use the hacksaw to saw it into portions.
Would have been a lot easier if I'd just been thinking at the time. A "DUH" moment for sure.
