Going to try Beef enchilada tonight got out a roast beast going to cook the tar out of it so it falls apart season with taco meat

We're doing nachos tonight with all the fixings...one of our favorite dinners (and it's easy)!

so had fish by schwans and fries cauliflower as a veggie been out all morning

Made my 1st batch of English Muffins yesterday. Used the King Arthur recipe for sourdough English Muffins.

The caramel cake will work just fine, a change from chocolate is good once in a while (DH does not agree with that ).

I made these yesterday; in case you can’t tell, they’re dinner rolls, and they’re a disgrace. I didn’t punch down the dough enough after the first rise....I will try again today! View attachment 2019054

I can relate. My grandson and I made cupcape shaped rolls recently. They were made with too much dough per roll so they looked like cupcakes It was fun and they tasted good anyway.
