Any Home Bakers Here?

Thank you guys for the advice and tips. I might try both core in and out, because they apples are quite small. Maybe a mandolin to slice?

Might have to try them on the smoker, now! I have a few bigger ones to use up, as well.
Yes a mandoline. It’s the beat way to get consistency so everything dries at about the same rate. I gotta say it’s an awesome kitchen tool
