I have a flour can from Ma not certain to what happened to the sugar ?
It will hold 25 lbs of flour .. Hey I have bought ap flour at Costco for years all of sudden have big chunks in it sifting it now to break those up ?

I have had that happen when I buy the restaurant ap flour from costco. It does not happen to the two 10 pound organic pack though. It is tedious to sift the flour

They were fine when i put them in the oven. Used the bread setting again and they escaped.
