Any Home Bakers Here?

@Susan Dye The recipe is in the google sheet. There is a link to the sheet in the first post of this thread.

The Champlain bread uses bread flour or ap flour, spelt flour and rye flour. You can mix up the flours but should use the total weight listed.

If you will be using all whole wheat flour instead of bread or ap flour, add some vital gluten powder to the recipe. Something like a quarter of a cup. That should be mixed with the whole wheat flour and be a part of the weight for it.

I’ve fed Penny Jo and have butter out for cookies, but DH is messing around removing screws to figure out how to get the old Maytag out of the wall. ( He installed it, but hey that was in 1995!) Because my NEW OVEN is being delivered tomorrow, God willing and the creek don’t rise! :wee
Yay for a NEW OVEN! Enjoy it, I got a new one earlier this year and love it!
