Lemon meringue is my husband's favorite pie. If I made this, he'd give me one of his "what the ____ is this supposed to be?" looks. So while I think it looks interesting, I won't be making it.

Hmmmm... maybe if I don't put it in a pie crust, and don't tell him it's pie... hmmmm...

It looks like a jello and not a custard filling.

I do like jello!

It's a good loaf, very dark in colour and tastes good.

I'm doing pretty good today, just got back from the doctor. The took the bandage off and removed half the stitches. I'll start PT soon for my wrist and my right shoulder.

How I store celery in my refrigerator. This is the remains of a 2 L pop bottle. I put water in the bottom of it, add the celery and then place a plastic bag over the top of it. By doing this, I am able to keep celery usable for at least 2 months, sometimes longer.
