Any Home Bakers Here?

Made a BIG layer cake for church tomorrow! We've got a big cleaning day there. 4 10-inch layers. I used KAF's basic yellow cake recipe and this buttercream. It's so heavy!

Also, I really want to recommend this shelf stable heavy whipping cream from Trader Joe's! It's fantastic, especially since I always need heavy cream when I forget to buy it.

roulard,,3 eggs 1 tub of quark 1 level tsp baking powder yog of choice ,fruit ,sweetener. divide eggs into 2 bowls,whip up whites until stiff . To the egg yolks add half tub of quark,cup of sweetener and baking powder whisk together then fold in the egg white . line a flat baking tray ,baking parchment better than greasproof , cook for about 10 /15 mins about 180 .It puffs up but sinks when removed from oven ,cool and turn onto board ,once cooled peel off the paper carefully .filling -rest of quark ,sweetener to taste ,fruit and and a yogurt of choice mix and spread on cake and roll up ,enjoy ! can use gluten free baking powder.
 
As promised, here is the picture of the strawberry cupcakes (the picture has a yellowish tint because it was so dark and rainy). The recipe makes 13, and this is the best they have ever tasted!!!!! Our house-buying team really enjoyed them, too.View attachment 2736515
