Morning. I made bread with 50/50 einkorn flour and bread flour yesterday. It turned out lovely. No2 son keeps asking me to make Melon Pan so I may do that later today. I've got a stamp to try for the topping too.

Stamp worked well. I still want a Concha cutter for when I make Conchas instead but at £30 odd they can stay on ebay and amazon.
Melon pan just on their second rise.
