Any Home Bakers Here?

I think it would be interesting to read, just to find out about cooking in the early part of the 1900s.
Could be interesting just figuring out what some of the ingredients are and what to substitute if they are no longer available. My copy of Joy of Cooking has instructions on how to skin and prepare squirrel. I'm guessing there will be similar things that would now be considered "um, no thanks" in a book written 120 years ago.

Have at it Jared! I'm sure you'll find some great eats in that book.

And be careful out there! Idaho is currently #2 on the Covid list right behind Montana.

Do pinfeathers indicate the duck is molting? I hope so too, Jared.

I’m not sure. I’ll have to look into it.

Are you serious? I thought Hawaii was ahead of them all!

I’ve been vaccinated, and so is my entire family. In fact, I had Covid at the beginning of 2021.

Regardless, I will be careful.
