I love German Chocolate Cake! Yours looks so GOOD!!

I don't know why I like it so much, I really don't like nuts and that is 1/3 of the frosting, lol. DH can't stand anything made with coconut, so he refuses to eat it at all. So I never make it.
Maybe I can make a sheet cake with 1/2 no nuts and 1/2 no coconut in the frosting, lol.

No baking here right now because the new oven isn't scheduled for delivery until the 12th. Not to long, but maybe not long enough - DH has decided that we need to finish our tiled backsplash before the oven get here.

German chocolate cake is one chocolate cake I can say, "No thanks," because of the coconut. I just don't do coconut, never have.

NOOOOOO!!!!!!!! Worst pain in my life, right up there with a BAD kidney stone.

I take it you haven't had the Shingrix shots? I suggest you do so after you recover (don't know if there is a "waiting period") because you CAN get shingles again. I wasn't "old enough" for the original shingles vaccine when I got the dread disease. Got that after, had the Shingrix last year.
