Any Home Bakers Here?

Hey guys, so I had a question. What's the difference between full cream milk and heavy cream? And will full cream milk whip?
We call it whole milk here and is about 4% milk fat. Like Bob said, it will not make whipped cream but it will make froth for a cappuccino!

That is weird. We had some garden grown carrots that sparked in the microwave oven. Guessed there must have been some really tiny metal bits they picked up while growing.

I found out what happened today, and it’s pretty interesting.

The same thing happens when you put two grapes touching each other in the microwave.

The microwaves waves were the same size as the potatoes, and because they were touching, the waves concentrated on a single, tiny point, which is where the potatoes were touching. As a result, with such intense heat on that spot, it did not make fire, but it made plasma, which disappeared when the microwave turned off.

In a nutshell, I accidentally made plasma.

There is a YouTube video that explains this phenomenon. I’ll try to find it.
