I never would have guessed your sap could grow bacteria.

You can also get a non toxic mold in the syrup, just strain it out.

I made blueberry scones, and they aren’t awesome. I am kinda sad about that. I think I should try again, and let the berries sit in the sugar for a few minutes. Or, I can add vanilla extract for a little more flavor. View attachment 3456910

I have lemon bars in the oven recipe on the cream cheese box.
Have the glaze made to go on it.
Take a picture when it is done.
I am more blackberry fan or raspberry.
