Any Home Bakers Here?

Going to ask you post the tuna gravy here I was so happy to see the post.
I have not eaten tuna in like 15 years.
Bought some recently now have a great way to try it.
I hope you enjoy it!

Hard times creamed tuna gravy

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1\2 cups milk
1 (5oz) can of tuna drained
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir flour into melted butter until smooth to make a roux. Slowly stream milk into the mixture while whisking continually. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.

  2. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir tuna into the milk mixture; season with salt and pepper. Cook until tuna is warmed, 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Ladle tuna mixture over toasted bread or rolls to serve.

Made some nice sandwich rolls for my husband's lunches this week.

Today’s baking is brought to you by …
I wanted breadsticks, I didn’t follow a recipe.
Flour, sd starter, yeast (I reeeeally don’t know exactly how much of anything), sugar, salt oil, milk, Mexican blend cheese, and garlic powder. Oh! Parmesan on top.

I don’t recommend being so careless if you can’t eyeball things. They came out great.
Here’s the mini loaf.
