Update on how these turned out. I added an ingredient to the original recipe to see how it turns out. I added a Tbsp of coconut oil per batch, it really changed the baking time! In the normal recipe I bake them for 10 minutes, I ended up needing to bake these for 20 minutes in order for them to appear fully baked.
I thought it was a flop, but my wife, two of my sisters and a nephew were delighted with how they turned out. They had a bit of a no-bake consistency which I personally don't really care for. From the others that ate some of these it was a recipe to make again in the future.
What I thought was a flop turned out to be a culinary delight to those around me.

I was given Turkey Fresh Eggs....used them to Bake cookies....The difference that
I could see....the turkey egg is larger, and the shell is thicker. NO Problem using
them to bake for me.
