Any Home Bakers Here?

Did bake a cheesecake today. This is not a recipe, but a play by play of my modifications I made. Basic recipe is in previous posts.
I first made my cheese. As per Ron's suggestion,,, I wanted to have dough ready for oven as soon as dough is mixed. That is reason I made cheese first.
I used one of my containers of cheese, About 1500 grams. Added egg yolks, sugar,, raisins, vanilla, but skipped adding the pudding.
Again,,,,,,,, I am experimenting with different variations.:frow

In my second mixing bowl I made my dough bottom. This is somewhat less stiff dough than the pervious one I baked. I added whole eggs, and the egg whites I held back from cheese, sugar, melted butter,, No other wet ingredients. I then measured out my flour,,,, and added/mixed into flour, the baking powder. I essentially made my self rising flour in my dry mix bowl. I did not want to chance baking powder getting lost, and not mixed well into dough mix.

I had the oven preheated at this point. Poured my dough into parchment lined pan,,, and then added cheese on top.

Tried my hand at simple decorating:old:thumbsup.. When I did the heart, I was thinking of you Ron,, (your info on baking powder, and baking soda dough) for not slacking off, and getting the cake into oven quickly. Heart also to show family I :love,, and baking:drool:drool:drool

Below is cake when cooled. The color difference is only due to camera angle, and lighting.
I wasn't around when cake cooled,,, so DW, likes to pull tricks on me. She cut a narrow slice off the edge,, (left side) and a square out of the middle.
Of course she had no knowledge of what happened..:gig:lau:gig:lau
