Found a half gallon of Oregon grapes in one small area out back. Making syrup now with some of them.
ETA: I suppose the berries would be good added to muffins or some other baked goods, but they're pretty sour. And big seeded.

Have you ever tried making wine???
I know you need the correct vessel, and an airlock.
My mom used to make wine. She did not add yeast. (purchased wine yeasts) Just depended on the wild yeasts on the fruit. She used store purchased grapes mostly.
Key was to not wash/rinse the fruit. She always added sugar. Dry wine was not desired by her.

Wanted to add this to the story;
When fermentation was complete, she drained the wine into another vessel, and let it settle. Sediment would fall to bottom. It took time for this to happen.
And with the spent fruit, she threw it out into the chicken yard. Lets just say,, the scene was hilarious. No chickens were issued any citations for RUI. (running under the influence):gig:lau
