Well, I have Marsh TurnX 7, I need to post a pic of it. It has a round plastic dome, and a layer of grid for the size eggs you are brooding and then a screen that the eggs sit on. When you turn the handles on the dome the eggs will turn all at the same time, simular to the smaller classroom type, you can buy a turner for it but I like to be involved in it. I can see all the eggs all the time. I purched this bator 10 Yrs. ago and have onlly used it twice. with great results. I followed the instructions the other times to let the eggs rest for 24 hrs to get warmed and humidified. then begin your turns 5 times a day if you want your best results or 3X at minimum. I have always had great results. but have never had shipped eggs before, so I feel a bit shakey and wonder if there is a better way now?

The auto turner begins to turn right away. Esp since you should have your incubator up and running for a few days with the egg turner running as well because it effects the temps. I had everything running for 3 days, Including the egg turner. The egg turner turns the eggs 6 times a day but does it very slowly.
