Anyone want to lose some weight too? So I'm not starvin' by myself?

! Its nuttier tasting and more filling as well as better for you. I turned my sister in law onto it as well. Hmmm--will make some tonight--thanks for reminding me.

It also doesn't help me being only 4'11" and he is 6'2" either--more points for being a man and more for height (OK that makes sense but still ticks me off). I use my extra weekly points but do not use activity points. I really need to kick up my exercise to break this long term stagnation on the scale.

sangel4you- My husband get's a whole 44 pts. Me I am 5 ft at 24 pts w/ 60 lbs to lose, and I haven't really had a problem with it. I do have a tendency to skip breakfast because my mornings are pretty busy, so a lot of times it's just coffee. The thing I really miss the most is Pepsi, Im not to fond of the diet soda, so a regular pepsi is really a treat. I'm actually spending less money following plan on my weekly grocery trip, about $30. less so that's pretty big, especially since we've been on a pretty tight budget since the New Year.

I admit I have a sweet tooth too that usually hit's in the evening. Been thinking about making a boxed cake adding a diet cola instead of the oil & egg w/ ff coolwhip...It's 3 pts a piece. I think I'll make it this weekend for a nice treat. Skinny cow treats here are over $5 dollars so I've been holding off on buying any. I've been trying to keep sweets out of the picture these first couple weeks since they seem to trigger me if I am not careful. Have a good one all.

Holy WOW! I was just having a conversation about broken scales, or doctor office scales at the gym tonight. They have a dr office scale their and my cheap $5 walmart scale currently says 174.

So after Yoga tonight, I've decided I like the doctor's office scales, and I'm going with 174!

Now... goal.... 150

Soooo... I got weighed in on my first week, and I lost 2.8 lbs!!! I'm so happy. I only struggled the last 2 nights ... it wasn't too hard before that. Hmmmm. I wonder if that's because I used up my extra 'weekly' points at the beginning.

Well, I don't think about dieting ... every time I get hungry I think ... OK what's a healthy thing I need to eat and then I go get it.
I bought fresh blackberries and blueberries and plain (full fat) yogurt at the store today. Yum yum.

That's awesome Chickenannie!!!

I just want to ask... is anyone taking Allie? Would they suggest it? I'm reading about any help I could get.

chickerdoodle, I try to ignore his points total for the day compared to mine (the good thing for him I have found is that when he eats what I eat, I may go over a few and use some of my weekly, but he almost always has 5-10 points left. I also excersise more than he does. HE does some crunches and lifts 1-2 nights a week but can't do the elliptical (something about his quads getting really hot and hard?!) whereas I do the elliptical 3-5 days a week, do Ab work about 4 nights and do yoga or tae bo another. SO the deal I've made with myself is I can have my evening Jolly pop or whatever with him and use an extra point or two from my weekly points (because I've found I dont really lose if I use them all) as long as I have earned that many activity points. So basically at the end of the week the extra weekly points I've used to be less than or equal to my Activity points which I obviously wouldnt use then. It's working for me. And I'm finding myself looking forward more and more to my workout time. I've only done yoga about three times and it really has just been me looking up some poses and doing them a few times for about 20 minutes, but I like it. I also want to start using my free weights more. Anyway, that's my speil for the night. I'm going to eat my 2pt cookie dough WW ice cream cup now that I earned by just earning 8 pts by burning 543 calories. :) yay! So glad there are so many WW people here now! When I first started there was noone on BYC on WW, and I HATE the WW boards...they just lead...different types of lives than me. Many of them from big citys etc. Some very nasty and degrading boards there too. ugh. I love my BYC'ers!
