Anyone want to lose some weight too? So I'm not starvin' by myself?

Tina, it's been a crazy long day and I will be up for hours yet doing work and dont expect to be home much tmrw or fri until the evening, I will evenutally post it, just not right now. If I dont post it by friday evening remind me again! (too many things going on in and around this noggin!)
 
sangel4you No problem..At your convenience ok. Don't work to hard..I myself am off to bed, I do dog/cat grooming part time and today the hair really bothered me. My nose is red from rubbing, and my eyes are swollen from hair blowing around in the shop. Tomorrow I don't have to go in, so I'll get to recuperate before going back on Friday.

there is a series of 'listening" cd's out there called THE SECRET! also on dvd. the writer came from australia....the program teaches you to rethink life, what u have now, what you've done to be there, and how to change it... being wealth or money...it really does work...it's changed lot's of lives including mine...I was given a copy from my skinny friend!!!!!!! but it's worth the listen to anyone out there... needind a solution to anything....... try ebay?? and best of love and luck, to us all.....

I am going crazy because I am craving sweet! Not feeling my best this week, and sit ups don't mix with cramps well. I am just trying to get through this week. Tonight I was supposed to sit in my first 'advanced' yoga class... which is probably too much for me, but I want to try some of the posses I haven't gotten to do before. I just don't want to be in pain like this. AND I don't want to break down and by junk at the store because of these cravings and I'm getting ready to go now.

I did get the 'Hungry Girl' grocery list in my email this morning. It looks like a fabulous, well thought out, shopping list! Anyone else swear by any of the suggested snacks or items on the list?

I usually make a pot of rice with it to have the chili over it, and the next day we do chili over a baked potato. tibanks, do you brown the beef first? Or do you use the crockpot non-browning method? just wondering.
 
I have done horrible! I met my 5lb goal on wii fit friday and then I pigged out this weekend and couldn't find the time to hit the wii at all over the weekend. I have worked out Monday and Tues was very lazy lastnight and went over my calories again. This has just been a hard week I've wanted to eat everything in sight!! I also gained a lil but I did weigh after I'd ate and of the evening so I may not have gained as much as it says, but now my goal on the wii for 2 weeks is up to 8lbs by feb 5th... Dont know if im goin to make it...LOL

Well I think its almost "that time of the month" so i normally want to eat like a pig before..... After I weighed friday I had mexican which consited of a chicken burito fijita which is a big burito with chicken onions tomoatoes and green peppes inside with cheese sauce poured over top, along with chips and white sauce. Sat~ I had a chargrilled chicken sandwich from Hardees and fries, not too bad. But later that evening we went to shoneys and I ordered a salad and beef tips which wasn't too bad but while I was gettin my salad they come and tell us their out of the tips so I ended up gettin a burger and fries

... Then Sunday hubby has a fit to go get breakfast, I end up getting biscuts and gravy with and egg. Later that night we had chinese....We've had our house tore apart remodling so we've had to eat out even more often than usual. We do eat out alot since we live with my parents ( they dont cook) and if cook I have to cook for 4 and its just cheaper on us to eat out.
 
I'm taking a break from my diet for the ice storm. Not much use in eating healthy if you have no power and no way to get the healthy foods you need before hand (because everywhere is sold out of freakin' lettuce!)
