I weighed 174 this morn. I guess I will just inch my way on down to my goal...hopefully by March when my yooungest turns into a (dramatic pause) ...TEENAGER GAHHHHH!! I gotta keep up with this one, she's a handful!!! My friend at the mexican restaurant is back

we used to go play basketball at the park till they shut the lights out on us. Me and the 2 DD's had so much fun doing that! Maybe we will again soon....like as soon as I get my fat butt back ready for basketball..LOL! UGH!! I still have a LOOOOONG way to go. I haven't been exercising so...I am going to start cardio this week because I get out of breath so easy these days....I feel old sometimes

But, I know it's just my size! Wish me luck folks! If I make it through the first week I might actually get somewhere

Oatmeal is good but gives me indigestion. I love adding a spoonfull of homemade jam or applebutter to it, no sugar. My favorite breakfast is a bowl of grits with an over easy egg in it, that's what I had this morning.

I love your chicken pose avatar!! (is there actually a yoga chicken pose?)

No, but there is a book illustrated with chickens doing Yoga!!! Its out of print! That's where my Avatar came from.

Well, I just got home from the gym (around 9) and I was upset to say, even after going 2 nights a week to yoga, doing my cycling now 8 miles a week and lifting weights... I did NOT lose a lb between last week and now. So I stopped at the ABC store and got some butterscotch schnapps... I think I am drunk! I took 8 shots w/ a few drops of Irish creme to top it off. Though I know its my EVIL period that has messed up my mojo today. I am now emotional and bloated....

This is why women quit working out... after 28 days we become irrational, emotional and bloated! Lucky no one dies and we just diet instead!!!

Hi girls. This weekend was a tough one, I ate off plan all weekend. Stepped on the scale this morning and luckily it's still moving down, not by much but an ounce here and there. I worked on Monday so I kinda fasted that day to make up for such a bad weekend. Today I stayed within range, but I haven't been keeping a food diary the last few days, so I really need to kick that up again. Tomorrow is another work day at least for part of the day, I am going to get up early enough to eat some breakfast and log my food. My Xmas chicks are stinking up the house, I love brooding chicks they grow so fast..but they sure start to stink it up in here real quick. I have a couple polish chicks I need to find homes for since they are White crested black and I dont need anymore of those. Debating to finish the brooding out, or put them on CL now..My EE chicks went within a day when I put them on CL. Well anyway have a good one all. I'll check in tomorrow.

I don't even know where to start! First.. a book with chickens doing yoga? Allright! fantastic! I must have a copy of a book that combines two of my passions.
Next, EIGHT shots??!! That is not just a nightcap hon, that's an all-out bunch of hard-liquor drinks! Of course you're drunk. Better drink a lot of juice or water to ward off a morning headache....

I really related to your post. We all just gotta forgive ourselves, make sure to keep the food diary (JUST DO IT), and hop back on the wagon right now. I also love brooding chicks but have the same love-hate relationship with having to clean up after them all the time. Just adds more work!

I've been eating my way through 3 celery bunches per week! I also ate a jar of pickles and a box of WW popsicles. my goodness that's a lot of food for no points almost. I made turkey chili in the crockpot and had it for all my meals today. When I figured it out, the way I made it, it hardly has many points! Since I didn't brown the turkey first there was no grease. I used kidney beans, water, garden tomatoes, onions, garlic, chili spices, 1 T. sugar, and the turkey. The only thing that had a few points was the beans and the turkey. Plus I felt incredibly full all day. I recommend trying it the crockpot way. Anyone ever made fish chili? that would be even less points i'm sure!

Chickie Annie and Tibanks, I agree, this weekend was bad here too, and I didnt track...it has me all messed up. I feel like poo and I weight tmrw so I have no doubt I will have gained, plus I have an extra day of clinical at school this week and a test on top of my normal 4 day schedule so I havent had time to excersie. I actually made myself NOT study for an hour tonight and get on the elliptical as my"last chance workout" because I felt achy and like poo! We need to get back on that!
My Christmas chicks are stinking it up in here too. I forgot how awful they are in the shaving after the first two weeks. Got desperate today and chased DH out to the stove place to get some natural wood pellets since I didnt have time to run to the city. I had forgotten how much that helps the NASTY smell. I also moved them over to a bigger box today and out of the plastic tub (They're actually in my elliptical box, I'll have to try to take a pic and post it in this thread wouldnt that be funny!) which I think will make them a bit less GROSS. Then it was back to studying for me, and now here 1 am I'm going to bed, back up at 7 to do more studying before my test at 10, class at 11:30, and then STRAIGHT to the med center for clinical until 9- THIS is what started my bad eating lately! There's NO TIME to eat anything!I can't eat while I drive so I guess that's my own fault! You'd think they'd take that into account when they schedule our clinical days on class days though I mean sheesh they have us over lunch and straight through dinner and the evening! (sorry that's my rant, b/c I was STARVING when I finaly got home at 10 on monday).
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the weight watchers pops! IT lets me have my yummy ice ceram treat! When I'm actually tracking I try to ALWAYS save a point or two for one of them! I also found the "just for one" veggie cups in the frozen section and they're ZERO points! mmmm cauliflower in cheese!!! I found a recipe for brownies the other day that are only 1 point, and I dont know if I mentioned it before, but the fast version of that is the "no pudge, fat free brownie mix" You can make a whole batch or just one, and just one is two points! And it takes like 2 minutes to mix in the yogurt and microwave it! and it's better than regular brownies I think- more gooey! DH made the WW stuffed shells tonight for dinner and they were yummy too! I have found so many recipes I LOVE online with them, and bought 2 different cook books that I really like. One DH found at Giant and it's 15 minte recipes made with 5 items or less under 6 points. We've used it to make a few lunches and dinners already- it's in the magazine section and was like ten bucks. Well worth it in my eyes!
Ok, I talked enough for the night :) HAve a good one good night everyone! I will check in sometime tmrw hopefully and let you know the damage ughhhh!
