Anyone want to lose some weight too? So I'm not starvin' by myself?

Don't be so hard on yourself. Just get back on the wagon. And make sure to take good care of yourself. It will help.

When I'm stressed, or pushing myself beyond limits, is when I overeat.

Some days I think the fact that I don't have access to any fast food places or good doughnut shops is a really really good thing. I would have been very very naughty today if that weren't the case. On the other hand I'm getting very cranky watching a doughnut show on the Food Network and can't get a good doughnut to save my life.

It was a bad eating day today..I totally blew it. Weekends are so tough to stay on plan especially if it's a pay day. I am looking forward to getting back on track tomorrow and getting my menu planned for the next week. Bought a couple used Light/low fat cookbooks so cant wait to try some new recipes. My husband was down 4 lbs this week, he loses so much more, and quickly then me

I'm going to try and run tonight. Not a hard run, but a VERY light jog. It's more than I've done in 5 years. The muscles in my legs seem to be stabilizing my knee now...so let's hope.

I had to bake a cake tonight, and I kept tasting it... to make sure it was going to turn out all right

... even though I had enough points left to cover it in my daily intake, I feel overfull

--- I'd been staying away from sugar and flour for a while. Bleccchh.

Shin splints still have me whining. I am getting through the whhole 45 minute speed walk but almost in tears. Tried Ibuprofen and ice and resting every other day. Found some exercises that are supposed to help so we will see.

Adding more protein and removing some carbs from my daily intake. I have more energy and am not needing my normal nap during the afternoons.

I heard of a book for "non-runners" that is a 3 month program of walking then walk-jog, then jog that is extremely slow -- it says in order to prevent injury non-runners should slowly, slowly build up to being able to jog. Unfortunately i can't remember the name of it! I'm not a runner, but it seemed like a solid way to approach it and I guess i'm just trying to say perhaps take it even slower than you did. Hope you feel better soon!

I spent most of the day cleaning yesterday so I didn't get to my exercise. I've got more cleaning to do today but will try to get some exercise in as well.
