Oh my gosh yoga people! LOL
I am still embarrassed at how NEW I am. I've been going since June of last year. Gradual stretching is great... I'm trying to learn to flow like water between positions... not happening! LOL However, my back is amazing! I always got the knot from stress under my left shoulder blade and I would have to put a heating pad on it and cry in a chair for days to get the knot out. My husband has noticed since I started yoga, not one knot!? WOW! I don't run out of energy as much.... and I do more longer out in my garden (which is a work out in its own right).
I even convinced a friend of mine to start working out with me at home doing the yoga. I bet she'll quit in about 2 weeks, I used to give her sewing lessons... and she quit in 2 weeks! LOL
Ok first rule of thumb working out, don't quit... and I think second is get a buddy!
Maybe I should video myself doing this so you all could laugh... but maybe it will motivate some of you start again?!?!
None the less.... I missed dinner tonight because I felt bad for eating fried chicken for lunch. So just some tea for me tonight and going to bed early. How DO people count calories without crying!?
