Anyone want to lose some weight too? So I'm not starvin' by myself?

I really need to get back in the swing of things tomorrow. I haven't been tracking my point's, and that really misses me up, I've totally been slacking. Tomorrow I have to work all day, so at least I'll be out of the house and not here with nothing to do snacking. I've been spending way to much time on this forum, I think I am addicted, there is just so much to read here. I find myself totally engrossed not realizing how much time has passed. I cant wait to watch LOST tonight..I'm counting down the minutes.

Well I've been out of my good habits for a week or two. I've been catching up on cleaning during the time that I use to exercise. I just can't seem to find enough time to exercise, work, clean the house, and do my online schoolwork all at the same time. One of those things always gets neglected. I think time is my biggest hinderance in meeting all of my goals. I thought that when I went from 3 jobs to 2 jobs I'd have time to get everything done but it just doesn't seem to be happening.

Anyone try Weight Watchers? I got a deal on the magazine for a year for only $2.99 and it looks promising. A few local people have started it and wow! They went from chubby to stick figure pretty quickly.

Sport Tees, there are a lot of us on the board on WW, when you get time if you read back through we;ve posted some things that are low in point and some recipes, and as far as I can tell we've all had some good results! I've lost 9 pounds and down a size since Christmas on it so I don't think thats too bad! I had been excersising but this past week DS has been VERY ill (he runs high fevers and today for example he was 106.8 and there's nothing Drs can do for now until he sees specialist in a few weeks) and school and work were nuts so I was only on my elliptical an hour in the past week and a half and I still managed to lose three quarters of a pound this week. That's just with diet AND even with all the stress so I think it's a good program. It teaches you to eat balanced to keep full and satisfied but healthy. Good luck!
To the rest of the gang..yep there was my weigh in for the week- down 3/4 of a pound. barely any excersise and even used over half my extra points for the week!

I got the BEST exercise last night after an hour of yoga. I am also getting REALLY close to the Lotus pose which has been my hardest challenge yet!

I convinced my husband when he got home to stretch with me, I even showed him some of the push ups i do while holding my knee up to my chest. He is the SUPER work out weight lifting guy, and even he was struggling. He keeps telling me how proud he is, but I don't feel like I'm doing that great.

Am I the only one who is aggitated by how sloooooooooooooooooooooow weight is coming off?! I've lost like 6 lbs since the beginning of the month. My husband tells me I'm off balancing weight lose because I'm adding muscle. Helloooooooooooo, my size 12 jeans are still tight, not cool!

So does anyone have any suggestions for ab toning? Something that will help my waistline the most?!
