Both of my 21week EEs laid today, one blue, one blue-green. The 4 brown egg ladies are still not laying.

I've got 6/6 a couple times from my older girls. It is definitely something to be excited about!

1/6 a today, the Sebright yet again, no others laying. I told my sister I wanted to start a tiny egg company, and she said, "you can sell them to people who live in tiny houses..."

Checking the nest boxes about 10 times a day. Still no eggs. They will be 19 weeks tomorrow...

We're driving 2 hours north today to view the eclipse...So I won't be able to see the chickens' reaction, here there will be 95% of Sun covered and I'll bet they go in to roost. But my DH wants to see 100% so the girls are on their own to lay or not. First tho, there's time for a breakfast of tiny eggs....
