I did candle my eggs again on night one... so a little over 24 hours in the incubator. It was easier to see them since it was dark in the room vs daytime when I set them the day before. I was able to see the yolks. Yowsers, those marans eggs are tough to see into even in complete darkness! I've been able to keep humidity real stable around 30% it. Did get down to almost 20 very briefly and I added just a bit of water though the vent hole with a marinating syringe and it shot to 40% before stabilizing back to 30%. Temp still holding rock steady. I've observed no spikes or drops. I'm going to try real hard to not touch them until day 6 or 7. I really want to see the development, but I don't want to handle them too much. I was able to resist candling last night! Go me!
