Are my chicks to cold that it may cause a loss or two?

Are they jumping on each other and crushing those underneath? I do agree with Bobbi-j, they are awful huddled underneath. Is there a draft in the room? That might be the problem too. Do you have a thermometer?
 
What size bulb are you using, they shouldn't be huddled like that. They're gonna fly out of there, without it being covered. What's in the other one next to it?
 
Yes, it looks like the chicks are piled up together under the light for warmth. I suggest a second light. I needed two for my flock of 28 chicks. :D
