Are my silkies “fully feathered”?

“6 weeks” or “fully feathered” guidelines for silkies to be ok outside is very hard to determine when they basically look like puff balls the entire first 6 weeks (they are now 7 weeks and look exactly the same)

Would love to understand the difference in how silkies look when not-fully feathered versus “fully feathered”... surprisingly hard to find helpful info or photos of this!
