that's false. broccoli and other vegetables have more than enough protein. i know it's hard to accept that you are harming animals and i'm sure you will understand once you acquire enough informationVeggies don't provide protein. It's seeds, grains, and soy that make up the bulk of vegan protein intakes. Soy allergies are on the rise. And it's still better for the environment to consume home grown meat than it is to eat plants that were grown conventionally, many hundreds of miles away. Plus, not everybody lives where there is a grocery store right down the road.
