How old are chickens when they stop going broody? Is a a year and a half a good age to still hatch chicks?


I f you have 3 hens and 1 roo, is it a good idea to let them all go broody? What does the roo do? Will he bother them if he doesn't have any other hens?

Broody is broody. There is no absolute age limit, I know of.
