I will be there, all weekend, with my DS. He will be entering some of his chickens, as soon as he decides which ones.

Me, too, although I have a fairly good idea of what I'll take, just not sure how many.

I will be there too, all three days. only entering my leghorn hen this year, im mostly there for the junior showmanship. And to hopefully win a cake.

Wow those three weeks went by FAST...

What was the hatch percentage?

They are part of the eggs I picked up from you when I brought the polish over. I was afraid to put all my eggs in one basket, so to speak. I put 1/3 in my new incubator, 1/3 in Chrystals and 1/3 in my homemade incubator (which made me nervous so I ended up putting them in the new incubator a few days after they went in and glad I did too, huge temp spike). Today a bunch of chicks hatched. I have a picture I will PM to you too. Chicks are still hatching. I have to scrub out a bigger crate and move some chicks. I will let you know what's there soon. I'm so giddy about seeing so many chicks hatching!!!

I haven't been able to get on the past couple of weeks, so I've been trying to catch up tonight. WOWSERS!! Lots of adorable babies! Congrats, everyone! I thought this was not the time of year for babies, but I guess that was wrong. They are sooo cute that it makes me really want more. But, my hubby would kill me, I think. He is trying to expand the coop, but I am pretty sure he doesn't want me to fill it that full. LOL!! I thought my silky hen was going to stay in the nesting box today. She sat there for a minimum of 20 minutes, but maybe she is just a slow layer.

Adorable!! What is in the water that makes it green. I assume it is something that helps their growth, something I need to know. always looking for info on how to improve the life of my chickens.
By the way guys. I did find a goat Dr. and even a bird Dr. in case anyone else is looking. Every one is a specialist now days.
