It was one neighborhood I was not unhappy to leave. That was one of the nice things about the military. If you don't like the neighborhood, you're always going to leave soon, anyway.
We have great neighbors now.

I was actually a bit sniff-illy when my first one left - Now I've got the Greyhound bus station on speed-dial and a standing order for one way bus tickets!

We're just waiting for the guy behind us to say something. Gotta say, if we have to get rid of the chickens at some point, he'll be loosing his humongous satellite dish that is so not within their roof line, which it is supposed to be. Unfortunately, FCC says that HOAs & cities cannot regulate normal communication antennas. But do NOT tell him that

Hmmm, our HOA does have a line in there about you can have them, but they can't disrupt the natural skyline. Who knows? It's ginormous too, not like a regular satellite for direct TV or something. It's the size of a desk, but round.

Whoa, whoa! slow down - the roof is the house roof and is a large section of the aforementioned Honey-dew list.

I still don't even know where the coop is going to live. I figure a few cheepers bopping around here will hasten that decision.
