Assisted hatch, incubator issues

Gone for half the day yesterday. Our little turkey didn't make it. Not looking so well in the morning. Buried him beneath our roses. Heartbreaking.
Our first little turkey we hatched.

Can you take some time and examine your incubator for what's causing the frequent fluctuations.
I don't want to see you lose more.
