No pips that I heard so far...getting worried,we made it to lockdown day with movement I would hate to see it fail now!Other egg that is a rehular egg has a few blackish spots,does that mean its dead?

I don't recall that blackish spots indicate the end.... hope a hatcher joins in.

Does it look like the spots are on the inside of the egg? I had that with our hatch last week, the duckling was facing the wrong way and had piped through a vein and it had a small bleed inside the egg. Can you take a pic?

Dark spots or bruising usually indicate blood, but doesn't necessarily mean dead in shell. Do you hear anything from the shell at all?

Scratch lightly on the air cell and hold it up to your ear. Candle the air cell. Has there been an internal pip?

SMALL SINGLE EGG


TWIN DUCK EGG



I am so new at this I'm not sure, we had these on table and I thought something was going on yesterday because our cat jumped on the table and went over and looked into incubator, I waited saw no movement or sound. Perhaps I missed it. I candled the eggs at air sac end, decided might as well do both. Sounded slightly crackly, but I am hoping to much. Thanks for all your help everyone, you are a great group! Are these eggs gone or let them go a little while longer?
