The head count on the runners is officially 4. Mumma scovy is being a great mum she took them for a swim yesterday.
I Started some green feed drums for the girls for winter our lack of rain this year is not leaving a lot for them to munch on so I have set up some drums with Clucker tucker seeds in it that I hope will give them some green stuff to munch on. We will see how that goes. I also planted some comfrey root which I will plant out into similar drums once its bigger and in July I am hoping to get some arrowroot as soon as it is available too just to give them some variety.

These will become my new green feed containers. I have 6 sets of theses spread around their outside run.

On a side note As I am typing this squirt the rainbow lorikeet is outside the window in his cage. His new words for the day are hop up squirty. He is saying it over and over and laughing lol. Funny bird.

This is my main chook pen. The drums are just inside the corrugation on all sides of the run.
