Australia - Six states..and that funny little island.

Has anyone purchased from The Farm Clarendon ?
No, but thank you so much for pointing them out. I'll be in the market for a few eggs in a month or so and these guys are not too far from where I live. I'd rather go and pick up eggs than have them posted.

Lucky you! i wish I lived closer. What are you thinking of getting?

Check out the waiting list options or contact them direct.
Their "pre order" options do not list the Buffs. They're birds would have to be a really good quality for me to go to the effort of being on a waitlist for someone that far away from me.
Not often you find people who advertise they breed the buffs though, so I was curious. I'll continue my search for hopefully someone in the same state as me.

Peeked my interest for a bit when I saw they had Buff Sussex. But they do not seem to be selling any eggs for them unfortunately :hmm
It looks like Hectic Valley Poultry in Qld, Sarah's Hobby Farm in Canberra, Scratch & Hatch Poultry in Sa and Rob's in NSW are also listing buff Sussex for sale.

It seems a few of them on eggsellent don't know the difference between a buff Sussex and a Quamby though, so you would want a photo of the roo or to see the roo in person before you bought eggs off any of them.
