Australia - Six states..and that funny little island.

I've got silkie hatching under a broody and a light sussex sitting under the hayshed. Plenty of chicks, and I haven't had much luck re homing these pesky ducks.

It's all fun and games here at inlet farm . I went over to feed everyone and there are 4 x new silkies, one dead in the shell, the light sussex hen under the hayshed appeared briefly to show me here 2 new babes and then quickly retreated back to her eggs. There is a momma possum and her baby asleep in one of the nest boxes, oh geez Louise . I'm having a cuppa and then I'm going back out with the camera, a picture says a thousand words. :barnie

Ducklings are so cute!! But messyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!

These pics are just gorgeous, Fancy. Looks like you are getting an early start on next years calendar. :D

I hope all is well, Sam. :fl

I am not hatching at the moment Satay, but thinking about it to replenish stocks after the fox attack. Just worried about the heat and if it starts raining. Also have a few cockerels around being raised for the pot, Got a dozen Marans eggs here if you want to hatch some. Will stop me putting them in the 'bator. :D
