This is the one I've got. My plastic surgeon gave it to me when I had stitches. But if you've got the Terramycin use it. It is the most valuable wound care item in my first aid box.

Ooof. We ended up having to go the surgery route. The wound went all the way through her toe from front to back and actually goes through the area under her claw as well (such that both scabs and one that I couldn't see under her toenail all joined in the centre of an infection). I don't have any triple antibiotic cream but I am going to hunt some down tomorrow because with her toenail right up against the wound I'm going to have a heck of a time keeping it clean. She had an ENORMOUS hole in her toe by the time we were done and I wasn't thoroughly certain that I got all of the infected and necrotic tissue out. I squeezed until the core became visible and pulled it out with tweezers and pulled some of the cheesy tissue out. I more or less stopped when the toe began to bleed freely, which I usually consider a good sign.
I flushed it (it's a three-sided hole that joins in the middle of her toe) first with saline, then isopropyl alcohol, then cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide and sprayed it thoroughly with terramycin. I wrapped it in 1/4" gauze and soaked that with tea tree oil (for its antiseptic properties) before wrapping most of her foot (far more securely this time) with VetWrap.
I can say with some certainty that I did not get anything LIKE all of it last time. The wound was much more extensive than I'd initially thought and the infection just continued to spread through her toe. I'm definitely a lot more certain this time and she will be staying inside until I am sure that the infection is eradicated.
In the meantime, considering the extent and coverage of the wound, I'm researching necessary tools I'll need in case I have to amputate the last knuckle of the toe. I'm also going to obtain smaller scalpel blades as the ones I have are really far too large for such a small area.
