So, one of the chickens in question laid her first egg today!
Disregard the messy kid's room.

Not bad for the first one. Not quite shaped right just yet. but woohoo!

Beautiful Minorca hens! If I wasn't so much in love with my black Leghorns the Minorcas would be my main white egg layers.

But I love the contrast of yellow legs and beak to the black bird too much!
